2003 PRIMROSE LANE POOL RULES
1. No air inflated tubes, mattresses, jackets, masks, toys, etc. shall be allowed in the pool. Flotation devices normally worn by toddlers are permitted in the shallow end, provided the parents are present in the pool.
2. No running, pushing, wrestling, ball playing, expectoration, roughness, rowdiness, or other conduct causing undue disturbance in the pool area, which affects the safety and comfort of others shall not be permitted.
3. Use of the Kiddie pool shall be restricted to children 7 years or younger. No metal toys or sharp objects are permitted.
4 Children under the age of 16 years old must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian 18 years or older AT ALL TIMES WHILE IN THE POOL AREA.
5. Infants in diapers shall wear rubber pants at all times while in the poo1 area. This especially applies to those who are wearing disposable diapers. Swimmies manufactured for pool use may be worn.
6. All first aid cases and accidents must be reported to the lifeguard IMMEDIATELY.
7. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OF ANY KIND WHETHER IN CANS, BOTTLES, PITCHERS OR OTHER CONTAINERS ARE PERMITTED IN THE POOL AREA. Persons suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol shall be prohibited from entering the water.
8. Any person showing evidence of skin disease, sore or inflamed eyes, cold, nasal or ear discharges or any communicabJe disease shalrbe refused admission. Additionally, persons with excessive sunburn, open blisters, cuts or bandages shall be refused admission.
9. No dogs, except seeing eye dogs, or other animals shan be allowed in the pool area, or other parts of the pool enclosure.
10. Where food and drinks are permitted, no containers made of glass shall be used.
11. All persons shall shower before entering the water
12. Bathing shall not be permitted during an electrical storm
13. No bicycles, skateboards, mopeds or any other recreational type vehicles shall be permitted in the pool area.
14. Smoking is restrtcted to the grass area surrounding the pool only. Smokers are asked to use the receptacles provided for the extinguishing of cigarettes.
15. Members are asked to clean up after themselves and to please use the litter cans provided for their use.
16. No personal property is to be left in the pool area overnight. Any articles left behind will be put outside the pool fence at closing.
17. No barbecue grills of any type are permitted in the pool area. Anyone bringing food to the pool shall restrict their eating to the grass area.
18. Please do not bring your own umbrellas to the pool. The pool area may have strong wind problems at times. The umbrellas at the pool are purchased for this situation. .
19. The pool may be closed for maintenance operations, health conditions, weather or any reason deemed sufficient by the lifeguard or CPO.
20. Members must have badges at all times while in the pool area. Member
badges are not transferrable. If any guest is found having another member's
badge, that badge will be revoked. The member will be charged the replacement
cost of a guest badge.
21. The conduct of a guest is the responsibility of the sponsoring member.
22. The cost of any deliberate property damage will be assessed to the responsible
member.
23. Persons using the pool facilities do so at their own risk. The Board of Trustees is not responsible for injury or accident resulting from such use.
Additional State rules are posted in the pool area and residents and their guests must obey them.

Weekends only June 7th, 8th, 14th & 15th
Daily from June 21st to September 1st
Hours of Operation
11AM to 7PM daily
Please note: Do not throw your pool badges away at the end of this season. They will be renewed next year.
