Text Box: Dues and Coupon Book Update
Text Box: Our dues have not been raised in three years.  We are notifying everyone that effective January 1, 2008 dues will be raised 20% across the board.  Two bedroom units will now pay $144 and Three bedroom units will now pay $164.  Coupon books will not be issued until a new management company is obtained and a new bank account is established.  Please send payments by the 15th of each month to:

This address will not change yet.  It is a locked box with the bank we are currently using.
Delinquency issues aside for the moment, please note the significant difference in charges vs. expenses in the table below for the months of May through August.  This is the reason why the board feels there needs to be an increase in our dues.
