Q. When does the pool open? How do we get our pool badges?
How many do we get?
A. When we know, we will let you know. We will get 4 badges per condo.
If you need more than 4 badges, extra badges (Guest Badges) can be purchased.
Q. Where do I send my maintenance fee?
A. Paul Hayes. Payments can be dropped off in person, or mailed. The

Q. Who do I call if there is an issue that needs to be
taken care of immediately on common grounds?

Q. Are there any plans to build a clubhouse? Seems all
the other condos in the area have one.
A. There are no plans to build a clubhouse at this time.
Q. Where are the association meetings held?
A. Meetings will likely be held in other local condo association clubhouses.

Q. If I have an issue that isn't being handled properly
by the management company, who should I contact?
A. The current board has, from our experience, been competent in addressing
complaints. If you've got a legitimate problem, get in contact with the board.
It will be taken care of. As they are volunteers, we don't feel it's fair to
post their home phone numbers, but you can contact them by email. We usually
get a response from the board within hours by email, while we rarely get a callback
ever from any kind of communication with Crawford.
Q. Is this website run by the board? Do you censor messages
on the message board?
A. Ths website is run by residents. We are developing a good working
relationship with the board, and distribute information that comes from them.
There are only two cases where we censor messages. One is where a great deal
of profanity, and lack of legitimate content make the message inappropriate.
The other is where someone with commercial interests keeps posting (Spam) messages
repeatedly.
