Paul Hayes Management Company
Effective January 30, 2008, Primrose Lane will be entering into a contract with
Paul Hayes Management Company. Paul has served some communities for 20 plus
years and his references were remarkable. He is local and has an outstanding
reputation in the township of Brick. During the Board's meeting with Paul, he
used words like "team", "loyalty", and "professional
ethics", something we have not been use to these past few years. His fee
is $10 per unit to manage the community. His maintenance employees are paid
$16 an hour and if the employee is unable to fix the problem, it will be contracted
out per job to a specialist (i.e. plumber, electrician, etc). If we change contracts
with our other providers we will notify you through the newsletter, the website
for quick reference, and during our home owner meetings. Contact information

They will try up to four times to contact you if there is not an answering machine
available to leave a message. If there is an emergency only during the
interim of the turn over, please contact Paul Hayes. All other maintenance issues

Reminder that dues for a 2 bedroom unit are $144 and 3 bedroom
are $164. If you are more comfortable sending your payment to Paul Hayes,
please feel free to do so. Payment booklets will be ordered and distributed
in the next two months. Continue to make checks payable to Primrose Lane Condo
Assn.

Thank you to those who contacted us regarding the DCA inspection and offered
their availability. It is appreciated. We were not notified until the end that
it had been canceled. It is has not been rescheduled at this time.
Thank you to everyone for your patience and understanding. It will take some time to get our homes and community back in order. Many things need to be addressed but changes are being made to facilitate this process. We will be announcing a home owners meeting in the next newsletter, which Paul Hayes will be attending to speak to our community.
Thank you to Charles Bailey for offering his services again to the community. He is the owner of the PrimroseLane.info and will be updating it. Newsletters, forms, documents, and contact information will be accessible by going to this site. Christine Solieri will be sending Charles the information to be posted and updated.
